Another weekend and DOZENS SHOT IN CHICAGO!

Well looks like another one of those normal Chicago weekends with more bullets flying than there was in the Korean War. According to Breaking911.com 40 people were shot leaving 3 people dead in the city that has now made Al Capone a laughing stock of the local gangsters for his hesitancy to use violence back in the 1920's.
This is every weekend that 20+ Americans are being shot in one our largest and most famous cities. And no one seems to give a damn except the majority of good people there who find ducking and running, many times with their children wrapped in their arms a daily occurrence. God's sake did the political apparatus in Chicago send out word " shoot anyone you want but not not us".?
For God's sake politicians do something! The good people of Chicago should not have to lay under siege every damned night with overtime on the weekends!
DO SOMETHING!

 Sitting up in bed today at 430 am with my old pal Insomnia my attention turned to the television: " MORE THAN 100 FIREFIGHTERS ARE BATTLING A 4 ALARM FIRE IN AN UPPER EAST SIDE BUILDING ON FIRST AVENUE" "Oh shit!"
