Mahsa Amini The Mojahedin-e-Khaleq ( MEK) is being bandied about as a viable successor to the Islamic Republic which is now tottering on collapse following nationwide protests the began some 80 days ago with the murder of 22 year old Mahsa Amini , an Iranian woman beaten to death by Iran's notorious Morality Police for not wearing the hijab correctly. The people of Iran have been protesting daily since then  calling on the Irainan Republic and the mullahs step down. The protests have taken the notice of many of the world's leaders who are seeking a solution to the current animosities. ] was working on NYC EMS 18 Young one night. We get a call for an EDP, ( Emotionally Disturbed Person), non-violent. We get there and there's a white male long hair and beard about 30 who flags us down. I down the window. " Can I help you, Sir?" I ask "Yes, I'm hearing voices" nice and calm I get out of the ambulance, help him up, sit him on the bench and seat belt him in " Sir. I need to get some information. What is your name?" I think we all need to think about the ramifications of Trump being imprisoned. First of all he has a large number of supporters. They are frequently described as deplorables, nuts, cult members. Putting him in jail would probably elevate him to the status of martyr riveled only by Jesus Christ in minds of tens of millions of his supporters. Many of them would be transformed from deplorable to fanatic, rabid deplorables. It would energize them more than anything else one could imagine. Think of this. If Jesus Christ had not been crucified would He be be held in such veneration over the course of 2000 year. Another concern is that many unscrupulous republican politicians ( oxymoron not intended) will feed off of the anger of those millions of rabid Trump supporters like sharks a dead whale.   I was working a rare morning shift when we received a call for a cardiac arrest, CPR being performed by the victim's daughter. Lights and sirens screaming we pull up to the building in no more than 2 minutes. We hustle up to the apartment where the door is opened. We walk inside. I look to my left into the bedroom and see a woman on the floor on her back. Doing chest compressions is a girl approximately 12 years hold. I gently take the girl by the arm and move her out of the way and as I do I see 5 children probably between 5 and 10 years old looking on, mouths agape and eyes stretched wide open, trying to comprehend the scene before them. None crying.. I look down at the woman, do a quick check and immediately see that the woman must have died hours before during the night as when I put my hand on her chest and it was cold as ice. Me and Steve are working EMS unit 18 Young one night. We get a call for an unconscious on 148st and 8th Avenue. NYFD gets there first. We get our equipment and start up the stairs. On the way up we run into the firemen coming down. NYFD lieutenant: " Yeah. He had a seizure. He's post-coitus" I turn my head and look at Steve and he's laughing so I bust out laughing" FD lieutenant: "What's so funny?" his voice defensive Me: " Lou. The patient is post-ictal. Post coitus is the cigarette you smoke after going to bed with you wife" Red as Hell he pushes past me " I signed up as a firefighter not a fucking nurse"

  Who in the Hell gave Nancy Pelosi the authority to make a stop in Taiwan on her trip to Asia. Did she decide this all by herself? Is this lady that maniacal to stop at one of the most hotly contested countries in the world like she was stopping off for a day at Disneyworld? Currently she is in the air over the Pacific presumably to head a delegation to Asia with a stop into Taiwan. The Chinese warn they have the right to shoot her damned plane out of the sky. AND I DON'T THEY ARE JOKING! In a matter of hours we could  seeing the greatest world threat since the Cuban Missle Crisis with a much, much different and catastrophic ending.
