Donald Trump and the Second Coming

I live in New York City where a landlord is held in less esteme than an undertaker so do not take this as a defense of Donald Trump. I think we all need to think about the ramifications of Trump being imprisoned.

First of all he has a large number of supporters. They are frequently described as deplorables, nuts, cult members. Putting him in jail would probably elevate him to the status of martyr riveled only by Jesus Christ in minds of tens of millions of his supporters. Many of them would be transformed from deplorable to fanatic, rabid deplorables. It would energize them more than anything else one could imagine. Think of this. If Jesus Christ had not been crucified would He be be held in such veneration over the course of 2000 year.

Another concern is that many unscrupulous republican politicians ( oxymoron not intended) will feed off of the anger of those millions of rabid Trump supporters like sharks a dead whale. Most will try to out-Trump each other until we're saddled with a legion of mini -Mussolinis that will wreck more havoc on this country than an attack by China.

So is there a any solution to this terrible dilemma this country now faces?

There sure as Hell is. What could knock the wind out of not only Trump but his followers also?

Indict Donald Trump. Convict Donald Trump then have him pardoned by Joe Biden! Can you imagine Trump's reaction to a pardon from Joe Biden? The irony for him would be incredible! His supporters will stand there, mouths agape in utter disbelief and confusion.

To me that would be the ultimate justice. Someone should think about itl

 Sitting up in bed today at 430 am with my old pal Insomnia my attention turned to the television: " MORE THAN 100 FIREFIGHTERS ARE BATTLING A 4 ALARM FIRE IN AN UPPER EAST SIDE BUILDING ON FIRST AVENUE" "Oh shit!"
