Mahsa Amini The Mojahedin-e-Khaleq ( MEK) is being bandied about as a viable successor to the Islamic Republic which is now tottering on collapse following nationwide protests the began some 80 days ago with the murder of 22 year old Mahsa Amini , an Iranian woman beaten to death by Iran's notorious Morality Police for not wearing the hijab correctly.
